Motor Vehicle Repairers Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2013

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Repairers Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2013.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Repairers
Regulations 2007.

4.             Regulation 7A amended

(1) In regulation 7A(1):

(a) delete paragraph (a)(i) and insert:

(i)      $158; and

(b) delete paragraph (b)(i) and insert:

(i)      $117; and

(c) delete paragraph (c)(i) and insert:

(2) In regulation 7A(6) delete the Table and insert:

5.             Regulation 7C amended

6.             Regulation 7F amended

(1) Delete regulation 7F(1)(a) and insert:

(a) $158; and

(2) In regulation 7F(2) delete the Table and insert:

8.             Regulation 10 replaced

Delete regulation 10 and insert:

10.           Fees for copies of and inspecting register(Act s. 51)

For the purposes of the Act section 51, the prescribed
fees in relation to a register are —

(a)	to inspect the register — $18.75;
(b)	to obtain a copy of one or more specific entries of the register — $18.75 for the first page and $3.75 for each subsequent page;
(c)	to obtain a copy of all entries in the register — $238.

9.             Regulation 11 amended

In regulation 11 delete “$40.50.” and insert:

$41.25.

10.           Regulation 12 amended

In regulation 12(2):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete “$61” and insert:

$62.20

(b) in paragraph (b) delete “$122” and insert:

$124
