Regulations (No. 2) 2008.

Regulations (No. 2) 2008

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

17 June 2008 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2555

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2008.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Motor Vehicle
Repairers Regulations 2007.

4.            Regulation 7 amended

Regulation 7 is amended by deleting "$65." and inserting instead —

" $67.50. "

5.            Regulation 10 amended

Regulation 10 is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "$15;" and inserting

instead —

" $16.80; ";

(b) in paragraph (b)(i) —

(i)     by deleting "$15" and inserting instead — " $16.80 ";

(ii)     by deleting "$3" and inserting instead

(c) in paragraph (b)(ii) by deleting "$190." and inserting

instead —

6.            Regulation 11 amended

Regulation 11 is amended by deleting "$33." and inserting

instead —
