Motor Vehicle Repairers Amendment

Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Repairers Amendment
Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2012.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Repairers
Regulations 2007.

4.             Regulation 7A amended

(1) Delete regulation 7A(1)(b)(i) and insert:

(i)      $115; and

(2) In regulation 7A(6) delete the Table and insert:

5.             Regulation 7C amended

In regulation 7C delete “$38.25.” and insert:

7.             Regulation 7 amended

In regulation 7 delete “$72.” and insert:

8.             Regulation 10 replaced

Delete regulation 10 and insert:

10.           Inspecting etc. register, fees for (Act s. 51)

For the purposes of the Act section 51, the prescribed
fees in relation to a register are —

(a)	to inspect the register — $18.50;
(b)	to obtain a copy of one or more specific entries of the register — $18.50 for the first page and $3.70 for each subsequent page;
(c)	to obtain a copy of all entries in the register — $234.

9.             Regulation 11 amended

In regulation 11 delete “$39.50.” and insert:

$40.50.

10.           Regulation 12 amended

In regulation 12(2):
