(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Motor Vehicle Driving Instructors Act 1961, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 20 July 1990.

Amendments

2. The Motor Vehicle Driving Instructors Regulations 1962 are amended by omitting Schedule C and by inserting instead the following Schedule:

SCHEDULE C - FEES PAYABLE

(Regs. 3, 5, 11)

1.      Original licence ............................................................ 32

2.      Renewal of licence .......................................................... 32

3.      Duplicate licence ............................................................. 10

4.      Certificate issued under section 11 (2) of the Act ..... 15

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Regulation increases fees payable in connection with the administration of the Motor Vehicle Driving Instructors Act 1961 in line with the general movement

in prices.
