2 Motor Vehicle Driving Instruction School Amendment (No. 1) No. 152, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Driving Instruction School Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1992. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Motor Vehicle Driving Instruction School Regulation 1988 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of Schedule (Fees) 4. Schedule — omit, insert— ‘SCHEDULE 1 ´ ‘FEES section 6 ‘ The fees set out opposite the following matters are the fees payable in relation to those matters— (a) an application for licence or renewal of licence . (b) an application for the registration or the renewal of registration of a driving instruction school . . . . . (c) an application for a duplicate licence . . . . . . . . .
