Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2006.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Motor Vehicle
Drivers Instructors Regulations 1964*.

4.            Regulation 13 amended

Regulation 13 is amended as follows:

(a) before the item commencing "The issue of an instructor's permit" by inserting the following item

An application for the initial grant of a licence under section 7(1) of the Act ....... 45.00

(b) by deleting "4.90" and inserting instead —

" 5.00 ";

(c)	by deleting "26.00" and inserting instead — " 26.90 '';
(d)	by deleting "47.70" and inserting instead — " 49.40 ";
(e)	by deleting "13.70" and inserting instead — " 14.15 ".
