Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Drivers
Instructors Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2001.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 August 2001.

3.             Regulation 13 amended

Regulation 13 of the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors
Regulations 1964* is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting “4.40” and inserting instead — “ 4.50 ”;
(b)	by deleting “23.05” and inserting instead — “ 23.60 ”;
(c)	by deleting “42.15” and inserting instead — “ 43.20 ”;
(d)	by deleting “12.10” and inserting instead — “ 12.40 ”.
