Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors
Regulations 1964.

4.             Regulation 13A amended

Delete regulation 13A(1)(b) and insert:

(b) employed as a driving instructor —

(i) principally assisting in the

in the department of the Public Service Emergency Services Act 1998; or

(ii)      by the Public Transport Authority of Western Australia or such other body as is approved by the Director General.
