Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Amendment

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2007.

Regulations (No. 2) 2007

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2007.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Motor Vehicle
Drivers Instructors Regulations 1964*.

4. Regulation 13 amended
Regulation 13 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "45.00" and inserting instead — " 85.50 ";
(b)	by deleting "5.00" and inserting instead — " 4.80 ";
(c)	by deleting "26.90" and inserting instead — " 4.80 ";
(d)	by deleting "49.40" and inserting instead — " 147.20 ";
(e)	by deleting "14.15" and inserting instead
