Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2003.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2003.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Motor Vehicle
Drivers Instructors Regulations 1964*.

4. Regulation 13 amended
Regulation 13 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting “4.60” and inserting instead — “ 4.70 ”;
(b)	by deleting “24.20” and inserting instead — “ 24.90 ”;
(c)	by deleting “44.30” and inserting instead — “ 45.60 ”;
(d)	by deleting “12.70” and inserting instead — “ 13.10 ”.
