Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Amendment Regulations 2023

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Amendment Regulations 2023.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

• (a)

  regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

• (b)

  the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Regulations 1964.

4.Schedule 2 amended

• (1)

  In Schedule 2 item 13 delete “Chiholm” and insert:

• (2)

  At the end of Schedule 2 insert:
