Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Amendment

Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors
Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Motor Vehicle
Drivers Instructors Regulations 1964*.

3.             Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended as follows:

(a) by deleting item 7 and inserting the following item instead —

“

7.              Bencable Pty Ltd trading as Achieve by Driving Together

”;

(b) after item 16 by inserting the following item —

“

17.            Job Drive and Skills Training Incorporated trading as B A Workforce

”.
