REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Amendment

12 May 1998] GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2797

Commencement

2.These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1998.

Principal regulations

3.In these regulations the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Regulations 1964* are referred

to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 13 amended

4.Regulation 13 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "22.50", "41.00" and

"11.80" and substituting respectively the following —
" 22.60 ", " 41.25 " and" 11.85 ".
Schedule amended

5. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in Form 2 by deleting "22.50"

and substituting the following —
" 22.60 ".
