MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVERS INSTRUCTORS AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors

Amendment Regulations 1991.

Commencement

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1991.

Principal regulations

3. In these regulations the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Regulations

1964* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 13 amended

4. Regulation 13 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a)	by inserting at the start of the regulation the regulation designation "13.";
(b)	by deleting "20.00" and substituting the following —
" 30.00 "; and
(c)	by deleting "7.00" and substituting the following —
" 11.00

Schedule amended

5. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in Form No. 1 by deleting "ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100)" and substituting the following —
