Motor Vehicle Dealers (Sales) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2011

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Sales)
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2011.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2011.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Sales)
Regulations 1974.

4.             Regulation 10L amended

In regulation 10L delete “it” and insert:

5.             Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 Form 6 delete “Fair Trading Act 1987” and insert:

Fair Trading Act 2010

6.             Schedule 4 amended

(1)	In Schedule 4 item 8.1(b) delete “Fair Trading Act 1987” and insert:
Fair Trading Act 2010
(2)	In Schedule 4 item 9.1 delete “Fair Trading Act 1987” and insert:
Fair Trading Act 2010

7.             Various references to “Board” amended

In the provisions listed in the Table delete “Board” (each
occurrence) and insert:
