Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.      Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Dealers

2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation immediately after the
Motor Vehicle Dealers (Sales) Amendment Regulations 1998*
come into operation.

3.     Regulation 5 amended

Regulation 5(2)(b) of the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Sales) Regulations 1974* is amended by deleting "240 mm by 190 mm." and inserting instead —

" 210 mm by 150 mm. ".
