Motor Vehicle Dealers (Prescribed Vehicles)

Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Prescribed
Vehicles) Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day fixed under the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 2(b).

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Prescribed
Vehicles) Regulations 1974.

4.             Regulation 2 amended

In regulation 2 in the definition of motor vehicle delete “same
meaning as in the Road Traffic Act 1974;” and insert:

meaning given in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008
section 4;
