Motor Vehicle Dealers (Prescribed Vehicles)

Amendment Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Prescribed

Vehicles) Amendment Regulations 2012.

2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the reuulations on the day after that day.

These regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Prescribed

Vehicles) Regu/wions 197-I.

4. Re-uhution 2 replaced
Delete regulation 2 and insert:

In these regulations

caiati an means atrailer-. including a camper trailer,

fitted for human habitation in the course of a journey;
gods vehicle means a motor vehicle designed to he
used primarily to carry goods or materials used in any

Irarler means a vehicle designee] to he drawn by a

5.             Regulation 3 amended
