Motor Vehicle Dealers (Licensing) Amendment

Regulations 2014

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

I.            Citation

These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Licensing)
Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 August 2014.

(1)	In the Third Schedule item 1 delete "812.00" (1st occurrence) and insert:
816.00
(2)	In the Third Schedule item 10 delete "certificate of".
(3)	In the Third Schedule delete items 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Licensing)
Regulations 1974.

4.           Third Schedule amended
