REGULATIONS 1993
Made by the Deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Licensing)
Amendment Regulations 1993.
Third Schedule repealed and a Schedule substituted
2. The Third Schedule to the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Licensing) Regulations 1974* is repealed and the following Schedule is substituted —
THIRD SCHEDULE
(1) Application for dealer's licence or renewal
of dealer's licence 197 (2) For each certificate of registered premises 197 (3) For each special certificate issued under
section 21 (4) 26 (4) Application for yard manager's licence or
renewal of yard manager's licence 99(5) Application for salesman's licence or
renewal of salesman's licence 66 (6) Application for car market operator's licence
or renewal of car market operator's licence 197(7) Application for certificate of exemption
from the Act under section 30 (2) 66 (Reg. 7]
