MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS (LICENSING) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Licensing)

Amendment Regulations 1991.

Third Schedule repealed

and a Schedule substituted

2. The Third Schedule to the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Licensing) Regulations

1974* is repealed and the following Schedule is substituted —

(2)	For each certificate of registered premises 189
(3)	Application for yard manager's licence or

(4)	Application for salesman's licence or

(13)	Copy (certified or uncertified) or an
