Motor Vehicle Dealers (Infringements)

Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Infringements) Amendment Regulations 2014.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Consumer Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2014 Part 7 comes into operation.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Dealers
(Infringements) Regulations 2002.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 Form 1 delete "219 St George's Terrace Perth;" and insert:

[street address to be inserted];
