Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Dealers (Infringements)

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Motor Vehicle
Dealers (Infringements) Regulations 2002*.

3.             Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 Form 1 is amended in the Notes, paragraph 1(a), by deleting "Fair Trading" and inserting instead —

" Consumer Protection ".
