AN ACT to amend the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act

1973-1981.

[Assented to 6 May 1982.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Motor Vehicle and citation.

(2) In this Act the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act as approved

Section 5

amended. 3. Section 5 of the principal Act is amended in

subsection (1) by inserting after "includes" in the

definition of "dealer" the following-

" a person whose business consists of or

includes buying vehicles for wrecking, " .

Section 26	4.	Section 26 of the principal Act is amended

Section 31

repealed	5.	Section 31 of the principal Act is repealed and
