AN ACT to aincnd the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act,

1973-1975.

[Assented to 22nd September, 1976.]

LE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Motor	Short title
and

Vehicle Dealers Act Amendment Act, 1976. citation.

(2) In this Act the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act,

1973-1975 is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 1973-1976.

Section 5

Subsection (la) of section 5 of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph

amended. 2.

(a) that is licensed under the provisions of the Road Traffic Act, 1974 in the name of the dealer by whom it is being sold or offered or exposed for sale and has been used by that dealer for the purposes of demonstra- tion; .

Section 10 3.

Subsection (4) of section 10 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word "Council" in line two and substituting the word "Board".
