Motor Traffic Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, WILLIAM MICHAEL HODGMAN, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936.

Fees in respect of inspection of record of registrations and licences

1. Regulation 33 of the Motor Traffic Regulations is amended by omitting the Table set out in that regulation and substituting the following Table:

1.	Typewritten sheet of 38 or less registrations	1
2.	Searching the records and supplying information from the records	3
3.	Certified copy of an extract from the records or a certificate of the Registrar	4

Further amendments

2. The Motor Traffic Regulations are further amended as set out in the

following table:

Paragraph	II ( I ) (a)	Omit "$ 10", substitute " $ 1 1 " .

Paragraph 11 ( I ) (b)	Omit "$25" , substitute "$27".
Paragraph II ( I ) (c)	Omit "$25"and "$10", substitute "$27" and "$l 1" respectively.
Paragraph 11 (2) (b)	Omit "$25", substitute "$32".
Paragraph II (2) (ba)	Omit "$25" and "$10", substitute "$32" and " $ 1 3 " respectively.
Paragraph II (2) (c)	Omit "$45" and "$l 5", substitute "$58" and " $ 3 1 " respectively.
Regulation 22	Omit "$2" , substitute " $ 3 " .
