Motor Traffic Regulations Amendment

made under the

Motor Traffic Act 1936

1. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

2. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Motor Traffic Regulations 1934.

3. Modification of pt 15 of the Act

   Regulation 26Z is amended by omitting from section 227A the subsection after subsection (3).
