Motor Traffic Regulations Amendment

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following regulations under the Motor Traffic Act 1936.

1. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

2. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Motor Traffic Regulations 1934.

3. Schedule 1

   Part 2 of Schedule 1 is amended by omitting item 48 and substituting the following items:
