Motor Traffic Regulations (ACT)

REGULATIONS 1961. No. 1.*

Parts. 1. Regulation 4 of the Motor Traffic Regulations is amended by omitting

the words—

" Part III.—Parking and Rules of the Road.".

2. Regulation 5 of the Motor Traffic Regulations is repealed and the

following regulation inserted in its stead:—

Definitions. " 5. In these Regulations—

' registration label' includes a trader's registration label;
'the Ordinance' means the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936-1960;

' wind-screen' means the main front wind-screen, but does not

include a wind deflector or other subsidiary wind-screen.".

Registration	3. Regulation 11 of the Motor Traffic Regulations is amended by omitting
fees for trailers.	sub-regulations (3.), (4.) and (5.).
Number plates
on trailers.	4. Regulation l i e of the Motor Traffic Regulations is amended by omit-

ting the words " of the type prescribed in the Fifth Schedule ".

Repeal of	5. Part III. of the Motor Traffic Regulations is repealed.
Part III.
Repeal of
Schedules.	6. The Schedules to the Motor Traffic Regulations are repealed.
