MOTOR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS 1935 - ORDER

I, BERNARD GODFREY FISK, Chief Executive of the Roads and Traffic Authority, in the pursuance of the Motor Traffic Regulations 1935, amend the Motor Traffic (Speed Limiting) Order 1990 as set forth hereunder.

Amendments
1. The Motor Traffic (Speed Limiting) Order 1990 published in Gazette No. 29 of 23 February 1990 at pages 1550 and 1551 and subsequently amended by Order published in Gazette No. 39 of 16 March 1990 at page 2325 is amended:

(a) by deleting sub-paragraph (a) from paragraph 5 and by inserting instead the following subparagraph:

(a)	the form of signs to be displayed on motor vehicles (the speeds of which have been limited) is:
(i) that approved by the Roads and Traffic Authority in any of the forms shown in Diagram 3A, 3B, 3C or 3DS, having the colours and not less

than the dimensions specified for those
Diagrams; or

(ii)        that supplied by the Road Transport Industry Forum and in the form as shown in Diagram 3E, having the colours and not less than the dimensions specified for that Diagram; and"; and

(b) by inserting DIAGRAM 3E and specified dimensions as shown hereunder after DIAGRAM 3D.
