An Ordinance to amend the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Amendment) Ordinance  (No. 6) 1988.1

Commencement

2.  This Ordinance shall come into operation on 1 July 1988.

Speed limit for heavy vehicles

3.  Section 145 of the Motor Traffic Ordinance 19362  is amended by omitting “90” and substituting “100”.
