An Ordinance to amend the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936

Short title

1.This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 6) 1986.¹

Dangerous, &c., driving

2.Section 129 of the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936² is amended by omitting the penalty set out at the foot of sub-section (1) and substituting the following penalty:

“Penalty:$2,000 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 12 months, or both.”.
