An Ordinance to amend the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 5) 1986.¹

Schedule 6

2.  Schedule 6 to the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936² is amended—

(a)by omitting from item 4—

“Sub-section 115C (2)”

and substituting—

“Sub-section 115C (1)”;

(b)by inserting in item 6—

“Section 124A”

after—

“Sub-section 124 (2)”;

(c)by inserting in item 6—

“Sub-section 128G (1)

Sub-section 128G (2)”

after—

“Sub-section 128 (2)”; and

(d)by omitting from item 6—

“Section 147”

and substituting—

“Sub-section 147 (1)”.
