Motor Traffic (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 4) 1984

An Ordinance to amend the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 4) 1984.¹

Commencement

2.  This Ordinance shall come into operation on 22 August 1984.

3.  After section 217A of the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936² the following section is inserted:

Fees payable

“217B.  A fee determined under section 217A is payable to the Commonwealth in relation to the relevant matter specified in the notice referred to in that section, being a matter in respect of which the Minister may make regulations.”.
