BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1. This Act may be cited as the "Motor Traffic (Amendment)

Act, 1980".

2 .       The Motor Traffic Act, 1909, is amended—

(a) by inserting after section 1 the following section :—-

1A. This Act is divided as follows :—

PART I .—PRELIMINARY—ss . 1-2D.

PART	I I .—REGULATIONS—ss . 3, 3A.
PART	I I I . — O F F E N C E S — S S . 4-10A.
PART	I V . — G E N E R A L AND SUPPLEMENTAL—ss .

SCHEDULE 1.

(b)	by inserting after section 3 (1) (ql2) the following
paragraph :— (q13) provide for the issue of certificates relating to

the records that the Commissioner is required

by section 12 (1) to keep;
