Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, GORDON GLEN DENTON SCHOLES, the Minister of State for Territories, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Ordinance 1977.

Interpretation
1. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Motor Traffic
(Alcohol and Drugs) Regulations.
Procedures to be followed when the Model 1000 is used
2. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) "air has" and substituting "air or breath, or both air and breath, has or have".
Circumstances in which Model 1000 not to be used
3. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting in
paragraphs (a) and (b) "or breath" after "air" (wherever occurring).
(a) by inserting in sub-paragraph (c) of Part 1 "or breath" after "air" (second occurring); (b) by inserting in sub-paragraph (d) of Part 1 "or breath" after "air"; (c) by inserting in sub-paragraph (b) of Part 3 "or breath" after "air" (second occurring); and (d)
by inserting in sub-paragraph (c) of Part 3 "or breath" after "air".

4. Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting "or
breath" after "air".
Schedule 1
5. Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended—

6. Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations is amended—
(a) by inserting in sub-paragraph 3 (a) "or breath" after "air"; (b) by inserting in sub-paragraph 3 (b) "or breath" after "air"; (c) by inserting in paragraph 4 "or breath" after "air"; and (d) by inserting in paragraph 6 "or breath" after "air". NOTES
