The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Act 1977.

Principal Regulations

1.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Regulations.

Procedures for use—Model 1000

2.  Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “analysing” and substituting “analysis”.

Procedures for use—Model 900

3.  Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “analysing” and substituting “analysis”.

Schedule 4

4.  The heading to Part 3 of Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting “analysing” and substituting “analysis”.

Additional amendments

5.  (1)  The following provisions are amended by inserting “or her” after “him”:

Subparagraphs 3 (2) (a) (ii) and 6 (2) (a) (ii) and paragraph 10 (2) (d).

(2)  The following provisions are amended by inserting “or she” after “he”:

Paragraphs 10 (2) (a) and (b) and 10 (3) (a) and (b).

(3)  The following provisions are amended by inserting “or her” after “his”:

Paragraphs (b) and (c) of Part 2 of Schedule 1 and (b) and (d) of Part 2 of Schedule 2.
