An Ordinance to amend the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Ordinance 1977
Short title
| (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 1981.1 | 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) |
Interpretation
2. Section 4 of the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Ordinance 19772 is amended by omitting "intoxicating liquor" (wherever occurring) from the definition of "offence involving alcohol or drugs" in sub-section (1) and substituting "alcohol".
