An Ordinance to amend the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Ordinance 1977

Short title

(Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 1981.1 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs)

Interpretation

2. Section 4 of the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Ordinance 19772 is amended by omitting "intoxicating liquor" (wherever occurring) from the definition of "offence involving alcohol or drugs" in sub-section (1) and substituting "alcohol".
