An Ordinance to amend the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Ordinance 1977

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) (Amendment) Ordinance 1987.1

Right of arrested person to medical examination

2.  Section 47 of the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Ordinance 19772 is amended by omitting from sub-section (1) “section 34, Part V or VI” and substituting “section 34, section 46, Part V or Part VI”.
