An Ordinance to amend the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Ordinance 1977

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) (Amendment) Ordinance 1984.¹

Conditional release of offenders after conviction

2.  Section 29 of the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Ordinance 1977² is amended by omitting all the words from and including “the Court” (first occurring) to and including “may,” and substituting “the Court, on an application by the convicted person, may,”.
