An Ordinance to amend the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Ordinance 1977

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) (Amendment) Ordinance 1984.1

Conditional release of offenders after conviction

2.  Section 29 of the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Ordinance 19772 is amended by omitting all the words from and including “the Court” (first occurring) to and including “may,” and substituting “the Court, on an application by the convicted person, may,”.
