tration) Act 1910.

1. ( 1 ) This Ord inance may be cited as the Motor Traffic Ordi­

nance (No. 4 ) 1976 .*

Motor Traffic Ordinance 1 9 7 6 , t the Motor Traffic Ordinance (No. 2)

1976§ and the Motor Traffic Ordinance (No. 3 ) 1976, | j is in this

Ord inance referred to as the Principal Ord inance .

( 3 ) Section 1 of the Motor Traffic Ordinance (No. 3 ) 1976 is

amended by omit t ing sub-section ( 4 ) .

( 4 ) T h e Principal Ord inance , as amended by this Ord inance , may

be cited as the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936-1976 .

2 . Section 84 of the Principal Ord inance is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-sec t ion :—

" ( 4 ) T h e nomina l defendant shall, as soon as pract icable after the end of each financial year, prepare and furnish to the Minister a repor t concerning his operat ions dur ing that year." .

3. Section 107E of the Principal Ordinance is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-section (7) the words " a n

inspector" and substituting the words " the Registrar";

and

(b) by omitting sub-sections (8) and (9) and substituting the following sub-section:—

" (8) Where—

(a)	a vehicle in relation to which a notice under this section is in force is produced to the Registrar for examination; and
(b)	the Registrar satisfies himself that the vehicle and its parts and equipment comply with the requirements of this Ordinance and the regulations,

the Registrar shall revoke the notice.".
