MOTOR TRAFFIC ORDINANCE 1958.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Traffic short title and citation-
Ordinance 1958.*

(2.) The Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936-1957,f as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936-1958.

2. Section fifty-two of the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936-Duration of

1957 is amended— .f̂ .'85*̂
Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

(a) by omitting from sub-section (3.) the words ", and the Registrar may for the purposes of this section use the forms in the First Schedule with such variations as are necessary in any particular case "; and

(b) by omitting from sub-section (4.) the words " Five shillings " and inserting in their stead the words " Fifteen shillings ".
