MOTOR TRAFFIC ORDINANCE 1957.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Traffic short title and

Ordinance 1957.*

(2.) The Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936-1956,f as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936-1957.

2. The Second Schedule to the Motor Traffic Ordinance second

1936-1956 is amended by omitting clause 3A. schedule.
Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

(a) the registration of a motor vehicle effected on or after the twenty-fifth day of November, One thousand nine hundred and fifty-seven; and

(b) the renewal of the registration of a motor vehicle where the registration or the last preceding renewal of the registration, as the case may be, expires or has expired on or after that date.
