Motor Racing Events Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Motor Racing Events Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Motor Racing Events Regulation 2003. 3 Replacement of pt 5 (Declaration of particular matters for 2012—motor racing event at the Gold Coast) Part 5— omit , insert — Part 5 Declaration of particular matters for 2013—motor racing event at the Gold Coast 15 Purpose of pt 5 The purpose of this part is to declare particular matters for the motor racing event to be held at the Gold Coast in 2013. 16 Declared area for 2013—Act, schedule, definition declared area (1) The declared area for the motor racing event for 2013 is the area marked as the ‘declared area’ on the plan called ‘2013 Armor All Gold Coast 600 Track Map’ prepared and held by the promoter of the event for 2013. (2) The plan is available for inspection by members of the public, between 9a.m. and 4p.m. on business days, at the registered office of the Page 2 2013 SL No. 175

Motor Racing Events Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 [s 3] promoter of the event for 2013 at 34 Nerang Street, Nerang. 17 Declared period for 2013—Act, schedule, definition declared period The declared period for the motor racing event for 2013 is the period starting at midday on Thursday 24 October 2013 and ending at midday on Monday 28 October 2013. 18 Official title for 2013—Act, schedule, definition official title The official title for the motor racing event for 2013 is ‘Armor All Gold Coast 600’. 19 Promoter for 2013—Act, schedule, definition promoter The promoter of the motor racing event for 2013 is V8 Supercars Australia Pty Ltd ACN 077 053 484 as trustee for the AVESCO Unit Trust.
