Motor Racing Events Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Motor Racing Events Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Motor Racing Events Regulation 2003. 3 Amendment of pt 4, hdg (Declaration of particular matters for 2009) Part 4, heading, after ‘2009’— insert— ‘ —motor racing event in Townsville ’. 4 Insertion of new pt 5 After section 14— insert— ‘Part 5 Declaration of particular matters for 2009—motor racing event at the Gold Coast ‘15 Purpose of pt 5 ‘The purpose of this part is to declare particular matters for the motor racing event to be held at the Gold Coast in 2009. ‘16 Declared area for 2009—Act, schedule, definition declared area ‘(1) The declared area for the motor racing event for 2009 is the area marked as the ‘declared area’ on the plan called ‘Nitro SuperGP Declared Area Plan’ prepared and held by the promoter of the event for 2009, trading as Gold Coast Motor Events Co. Motor Racing Events Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2009 [s 4] ‘(2) The plan is available for inspection by members of the public, between 9a.m. and 4p.m. on business days, at— (a) the registered office of Gold Coast Events Co Pty Ltd ACN 010 949 649 at level 14, Mineral House, 41 George Street, Brisbane; and (b) the office of the promoter of the event for 2009, trading as Gold Coast Motor Events Co, at level 5, 64 Marine Parade, Southport. ‘17 Declared period for 2009—Act, schedule, definition declared period ‘The declared period for the motor racing event for 2009 is the period starting at midday on Wednesday 21 October 2009 and ending at midday on Monday 26 October 2009. ‘18 Official title for 2009—Act, schedule, definition official title ‘The official title for the motor racing event for 2009 is ‘Nitro SuperGP’. ‘19 Promoter for 2009—Act, schedule, definition promoter ‘The following persons are the promoter of the motor racing event for 2009— • Gold Coast Events Co Pty Ltd ACN 010 949 649 • Igli Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 004 014 233 • International Management Group of America Pty Ltd ACN 001 788 343 • Papandrea Pty Ltd ACN 011 028 596 • Raxmont Pty Ltd ACN 011 053 044 • Southcoast Tyre Services Pty Ltd ACN 009 795 126 • Truffle Pty Ltd ACN 011 011 368.’. 2009 SL No. 95 Page 3
