AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Motor Omnibus Services Ordinance 1955-1974.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under

the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910-1973.

MOTOR OMNIBUS SERVICES ORDINANCE 1975

1 . ( 1 ) This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Omnibus Services

Ordinance 1975.*

(2 ) The Motor Omnibus Services Ordinance 1955-1974,f as
amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Motor Omnibus
Services Ordinance 1955-1975.

2. Section 4A of the Motor Omnibus Services Ordinance 1955-

1974 is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) the words "con­ sisting of the word ' Section ' " and substituting the words " bearing the word ' Section', whether with or without any other words "; and

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at
(b) by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) the words "con­

sisting of the words ' Bus s top ' or ' Signal B u s ' " and substituting the words " bearing the words ' Bus S top ' or ' Signal Bus ' , whether with or without any other words ".
