Motor Omnibus Regulations² (Amendment)

I, GORDON GLEN DENTON SCHOLES, the Minister of State for Territories, hereby make the following Regulation under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936.

Interpretation

Regulation 5 of the Motor Omnibus Regulations is amended by inserting before the definition of “conductor” the following definition:

“ ‘blind person’ means a person who is totally or partially blind;”.
