MOTOR TRAFFIC ORDINANCE

MOTOR OMNIBUS REGULATIONS*

REGULATIONS 1967, No. 9t

1. Regulation 40 of the Motor Omnibus Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulations (4.) and (5.) the words "Five shillings" and inserting in their stead the words " Fifty cents ".

2. Regulation 48 of the Motor Omnibus Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:—

" (2.) The last preceding sub-regulation does not apply to a blind person who is accompanied by a dog to whose collar is attached a disc showing that the dog is a guide dog to the blind, being a registration disc issued in respect of that dog under the Dogs Registration Ordinance 1926-1967.".
3. Regulation 78 of the Motor Omnibus Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:—
" (2.) The last preceding sub-regulation does not apply to a blind person who is accompanied by a dog to whose collar is attached a disc showing that the dog is a guide dog to the blind, being a registration disc issued in respect of that dog under the Dogs Registration Ordinance 1926-1967.".
4. Regulation 97 of the Motor Omnibus Regulations is amended by omitting

the words " Ten pounds " and inserting in their stead the words " Twenty dollars ".
