I, THOMAS UREN, the Minister of State for Territories and Local Government, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Omnibus Services Ordinance 1955.

After regulation 10 of the Motor Omnibus Fares Regulations the following

regulation is inserted:
Fares on certain days

"11. (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of regulation 4, the fare to be

charged in respect of a journey undertaken on a prescribed day is 10 cents.

"(2) In sub-regulation (1), 'prescribed day' means a day declared by the

Minister, by notice published in the Gazette, to be a prescribed day.".
