His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Motor Dealers and Repairers Act 2013.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable under the Motor Dealers and Repairers Act
2013. The fee increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index.
This Regulation is made under the Motor Dealers and Repairers Act 2013, including sections 21, 24, 34 (2),
36, 166, 177 (5) and 186 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Motor Dealers and Repairers Amendment (Fees) Regulation
2015.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2015 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
